Efficient Cooling with the Power of Misting
When ultra-fine water droplets are introduced into the air through misting nozzles they quickly absorb energy from the environment and evaporate. This process, known as evaporative cooling, removes heat from the surrounding air and produces a cooling effect.
Our high-pressure misting systems efficiently generate these fine droplets that evaporate quickly upon release. This flash evaporation cooling combined with convective cooling (wind chill effect) from our misting fans deliver impressive results in cooling.
Fog Cannons
To reduce odor and/or dust particles in commercial structures and industrial settings, fog cannons are very useful. They are also known as dust suppression systems or odor control systems and are mainly used in quarries, landfills, ports and construction sites.
How It Works
Fog machines, also known as Fog Cannons, create a fine fog using nozzles. These small water droplets can absorb dust or debris within their range continuously reducing the number of particles present. Similarly they can isolate bad odors by neutralizing odor-causing molecules, thereby eliminating unpleasant smells.
Evaporative Coolers
To provide cooling in spaces where permanent air conditioning systems are not practical or desired, evaporative coolers can be a viable solution. These portable units utilize the process of evaporation to cool the air.
How It Works
The fan draws in hot, dry air and blows it over the wet pads, where it is cooled by the evaporating water. The cooled air is then circulated back into the room or area being cooled.
In addition to their energy efficiency and environmental benefits, portable evaporative coolers can also enhance air quality by effectively filtering out dust, dirt and other particles from the air as it passes through the wet pads.
